I started with a regional practice, Rabjohns LLP (now Bishop Fleming) in Worcester before joining Ernst & Young and KPMG where I worked up to management.

After over a decade of professional experience, I decided to develop a professional accountancy outsourcing company and this has been a driving passion since I started the business in 2003.
